Issoyna is an outgoing witch who is very curious by nature. She wears the uniform of the Higher School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, which includes a large, hand-stitched navy blue pointed hat, a cloth cape with a magic symbol on the back, and shoes that end in a curling extension. The rest is a little more conventional. She also carries a large staff with which she can fly or cast spells.
